Whistleblower Program
Faculty, staff, student workers, and volunteers have a method for reporting violations or suspected violations of state, federal, or local law, or any facts or information relative to actual or suspected mismanagement, waste, fraud, abuse of authority, or danger to public health and safety, related to the University.  Murray State’s Whistleblower Program is available so that employees have the option to anonymously report such wrongdoing in good faith without fear of retaliation and so that the university fulfills its ethical responsibilities as a public institution of higher education.

Annual Crime Awareness and Campus Security Report


Murray State University's annual security report includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus; in certain off-campus buildings owned or controlled by Murray State University; and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from campus. The report also includes institutional policies concerning campus security, such as policies concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
