Job Description Summary

Clerical positions in one of the following areas – research, records, graduation, transcripts, registration.
Duties will include on-campus deliveries, phone support, data entry, filing, faxing, verifying information, copying, customer service, routine assignments, special projects.

Required Education
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Must be detail-oriented, able to follow a set of complex instructions for multiple tasks, have computer skills, have a positive attitude, able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, proper phone etiquette.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with clerical tasks, strong analytic skills, knowledge of RACR degree audit, document scanning, advanced computer skills, ability to use a typewriter, ability to work Summers and school breaks including the days prior to and following the first and last days of classes.

Special Requirements

Must be an enrolled student at least 1/2 time during Fall and Spring semesters and in good academic standing. Must be able to work a minimum of 12 hours per week during the Fall and Spring semesters.
